1862, Second Manassas

Carrying the Lone Star flag of his Regiment, Lt. Colonel John Upton is fatally wounding leading his regiment in a crushing attack on the 5th and 10th New York Zouaves at Second Manassas, August 30, 1862 forward.
This regiment of the famous Hood's Texas Brigade once again saves the Army of Northern Virginia from defeat.
