| Military Aviation Art 1st Lieutenant Walter Zurney flew his 50th (and last) mission in Taffy, a P-38J from the 82nd Fighter Group at Foggia Italy, 1944. He flew 10 missions as a B-24 pilot and then was reassigned to P-38 fighters and flew 50 more missions from North Africa and Italy.
