| Military Aviation Art On 5 April, 2003, soldiers from the 502nd Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division attacked the Iraqi city of Karbala. While meeting heavy resistance, the 502nd fought valiantly and accomplished its objectives. The success in Karbala demonstrated the use of joint warfare and allowed the attack to continue north towards Baghdad. |
