Stonewall Jackson on Little Sorrel
The Confederacy's second greatest general, riding the Confederacy's second most famous horse.  While in command at Harpers Ferry, General Thomas Jackson purchased a small horse that he intended to give to his wife.  He rode the sorrel once, and kept the horse for the rest of his life.
