| Military Aviation Art The 41st Infantry Division was a National Guard unit comprised of troops from Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Idaho. They campaigned a long way from home: Papua-New Guinea. At Port Morseby, they were attached to the Australian 7th Division, and moved up the Sananada Trail to the Bunz-Gona area, destoying Japanese forces along the way. |
