Rock The Far West Steaming Past Citadel Rock in Montana, 1872 Approaching Ft. Benton on the Missouri, the Far West delivers freight and passengers to what was then the most inland port in the world. In 1876, the Far West would help supply the Army in the campaign against the Sioux, and would later evacuate the survivors of Custer's Command.
